The Rules

You must know the rules, so please read before riding!

Compliance is required to make the experience fun and as safe as possible for everyone!

  1.  Enter and Ride at your own risk.

  2.  Ride track in marked direction only. (Track is directional)

  3.  No ATV's on track except for emergency or track maintenance.

  4.  NO RIDING ALONE! USE THE BUDDY SYSTEM AT ALL TIMES

  5 .  Entry gate to be closed and locked at all times to maintain privacey.

  6.   Check message board at park each time you arrive at the park and sign in members and guests.

        (Important messages are posted here, including map of track and emergency phone numbers)

  7.   Each membership includes the members bike and one ATV and non-track riding guest

  8.   All Guests must sign a release form

  9.   Non-riding guests are free, Riding guests are $10 per bike.

  10. Members are responsible for their guests and their actions

  11. Each member allowed 3 track riding guests max unless other arrangements have been made.

  12. No riding outside park gate.

  13. No riding on track after dark, no riding anywhere but camp after 11:00 pm (Safety and Noise issue)

  14. No drinking and riding (for your safety and the safety of others)

  15. Stay on marked trails and roads (many hidden dangers are present in unmarked areas)

  16. Any closed/unlocked gate that is opened must be closed after entering

  17. No unwatched fires, cover fire pits (except in designated areas)

  18. Keep dogs on a leash (especially if they bite).

  19. No harassing livestock (you wouldn't think I would have to say this one, but you never know)

  20. No firearms allowed in park.

  21. Track will be closed 1-2 weeks prior to scheduled race events

  22. Track maintenance work weekends will be scheduled 1 month in advance and sections will be

        closed during these maintenance operations. Again, check this website for information or

        the information board as you enter.

  23. Call ahead for track information or check the web site.

  24. This is a family park, no reckless behavior will be tolerated.

  25. Must show ID or Membership document if asked by staff member.

  26. Speed limit everywhere except on the marked track is 20 mph

  27. Any rule infraction could be grounds for removal from park and membership cancellation without

        refund (this is at the discretion of the park operator).

  28. All memberships due Jan 31st of each year, first time memberships prorated if after June 30th.

  29. Key will be non-duplicate type, no key sharing is permitted.

  30. Bag all trash and take it home with you.
